Strength & conditioning

With all endurance sports, strength and conditioning is so important. I’ve been leading strength and conditioning sessions for over 10 years, so you’re in good hands!

I offer two types of sessions: 1-2-1 or groups. Once I know what the goals are for my athletes, I make the session bespoke to them. My only request is that my athletes follow the training, and trust in the process!

There is method behind every session, and I explain that to every client as we go. 

For an in person session, I offer strength and conditioning for groups of 12 every Wednesday at 6.30pm at the North Shields Polytechnic Club, which will also be available via Zoom.
